~ About Me ~

I grew up in Spokane, WA and graduated with a BA in Spanish from Arizona State University.  I now reside in Lake Forest Park, WA with my wonderful husband and two beautiful kids.  Overall health and wellness is very important to me.  I have always been fascinated with alternative methods of healing and the mind-body connection and felt drawn to discover more for myself.  I graduated from Bellevue Massage School in 1997 and have continued to deepen my knowledge and feed my passion ever since.  I firmly believe that massage is not a luxury, but a necessity that we all must fit into our lives. 

 I have also always had a great love affair with skin care and lotions and potions.  In 2007, I added esthetics to my career.  I attended Evergreen Beauty and Barber College in Everett and, during my months of training, was amazed at just how much taking good care of the skin could contribute to overall wellness and allow one to look and feel  glowing with good health.    I feel very fortunate that my skills and gifts make it possible for me to improve the health and wellness of others.  I believe that massage and, even more so, esthetics are just gaining momentum, and that the road ahead will be an incredible journey.   I am proud and delighted to be along for the ride. 

When I am not busy helping a client or volunteering at my kids’ school or managing our home and life in general, I enjoy running, yoga, swimming, reading, meditation, gardening, knitting, socializing with friends and spending time with family.  Sometimes I immensely enjoy just doing nothing!
